Elegant and fruit-driven, balanced by a firm, rich tannin structure. Our Cabernet Sauvignon is aged for 30 months on 50% new French oak, exhibiting the complexity and density of true Cabernet Sauvignon. Our grapes grow in warm summer temperatures and produce a delicious full-body and richly structured wine. The vines are situated on the valley floor not far from the Napa River, nestled between two mountain ranges that protect them from the cool western marine breeze and the warm eastern heat.
